About the Role

Brasserie Le Marais is a well-established French restaurant in the heart of Paris, seeking an experienced Restaurant Chef to lead our kitchen. You will oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure exceptional food quality.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of French and Mediterranean dishes to a high standard
  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during service
  • Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards
  • Assist in menu development and ingredient sourcing
  • Manage kitchen inventory and minimize food waste

Requirements

  • Lebanese Passport Required
  • Minimum 3 years of professional cooking experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Good conduct and professional attitude
  • Basic English or French communication skills preferred
