About the Role
Boulangerie Dupont is a traditional French bakery in Marseille with over 20 years of history. We are seeking a skilled Baker to produce our range of breads, baguettes, and morning pastries.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, rolls, and pastries
- Follow established recipes and quality standards
- Operate and maintain baking equipment safely
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery
Requirements
- Lebanese Passport Required
- Experience in professional baking
- Ability to work early morning hours
- Physical fitness for standing and lifting
- Good conduct and professional attitude
