Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake traditional Greek breads, pitas, and pastries
- Follow established recipes and adapt production to daily demand
- Operate professional baking equipment safely
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure consistent quality
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bakery
Requirements
- Lebanese Passport Required
- Experience in professional baking
- Willingness to start early morning shifts
- Good conduct and professional attitude
- Basic English preferred
