About the Role
Hotel Salzburg Catering provides food and catering services for several hotels and event venues in Salzburg, Austria. We are looking for a hardworking Kitchen Helper to support our busy catering kitchens.
Responsibilities
- Assist chefs with food preparation including peeling, chopping, and portioning
- Keep kitchen workstations, utensils, and equipment clean and sanitised
- Wash dishes, pots, and catering trays
- Assist with setting up and clearing catering events
- Receive and store kitchen deliveries correctly
Requirements
- Lebanese Passport Required
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Physical fitness for standing during long shifts
- Good conduct and professional attitude
- Basic English; German is a bonus
