Hotel Goldener Hirsch is a historic and celebrated 5-star hotel in the heart of Salzburg, Austria, welcoming guests from across the globe. We are seeking a professional Hotel Receptionist.
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests
- Manage check-in, check-out, and room allocation efficiently
- Handle guest enquiries and special requests with attention to detail
- Process reservations via phone, email, and online systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments
Requirements
- Lebanese Passport Required
- Previous experience in hotel reception preferred
- Excellent English; German is highly desirable
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Good conduct and professional attitude
